Hey there! I'm Maison Higgs, your newest real estate agent assisting Carrie Higgs at Branson House Realty. Licensed just last year in 2023, I've already nailed my first deal and can't wait to dive into more adventures in the world of real estate with you!

I'm a local kid, born and raised. Spent my school days at Branson Schools and tackled the whole "finishing school during Covid" thing from the comfort of my own home. It was during those quarantine days that I discovered my love for music, and started playing drums & ukulel, but now enjoy the guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, and piano. 

When I'm not working, you can find me outdoors! I like to camp, ride mountain bikes or hang out with friends and family. Recently I've added rock climbing to the list! 

People say I'm a good friend, and I take that seriously. I bring that same friendly vibe to my real estate practice. Respect and kindness go a long way, and I'm here to make your real estate journey smooth and enjoyable.

I've had a variety of work history over the past 3 years. I've done construction, deck building, car detailing, retail sales, you name it. But hey, that's what makes me well-rounded! All those experiences have shaped me into who I am today.

In 2023, I decided it was time to step up and get my real estate license. A summer filled with late-night study sessions paid off when I aced that test. Now, I'm not just helping myself; I'm here to support my mom and everyone else looking to make their real estate dreams a reality.
